Yael is a global expert negotiator, focused on business conflict resolution and building strategic partnerships. Since 2015 she has been assisting clients in managing negotiation relationship dynamics and improving their business performance through more effective negotiations. The deals she has helped to close involved tens to hundreds of millions of US dollars, with clients and suppliers located mainly in the USA, UK, France, Israel, Germany, Russian, China, Australia.

For over two decades Yael served in senior procurement positions within leading multinational technology companies, such as NICE Systems Ltd., BMC Software Inc, and Starhome LTD.
With her extensive, solid experience in managing high-level international processes, she leads her clients successfully through negotiations with suppliers, customers, and business partners, across sectors, geographies and cultures.
Yael also teaches courses on complex business negotiation to graduate students at various academic and professional institutions, such as The College of Management, Reichman University (Global MBA), and Beijing University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Bar Ilan University.
She is a member of IACM, the International Association of Conflict Management, and a senior consultant at NEST
