Procurement Academy

The Procurement Academy was a blended multi-channel training program to uplift the competence of 750 procurement personnel.

This program supports achieving ADNOC’s vison 2030 by focusing procurement on being a trusted business partner to stakeholders and ensuring we have the capabilities required in the future.

Excellent, I believe that a great effort was invested to develop the procurement which is definitely important.
I am impressed by how dedicated the ADNOC is for their procurement team development. it is a leading example to be followed by big organizations specially during this time where procurement and supply chain is unstable, enabling and sharpening the people skills is a key element and a way to stability.
