Contract Engineer, ADNOC


Mohammed Alyafei MCIPS - Contract Engineer, joined the Career Development Centre, ADNOC in 1994. This was the start of his journey for building his professional experience which took more than two decades in different locations and disciplines in ADNOC Group. He studied Engineering of Electrical and Electronics in Huddersfield University, UK and later on achieved the MCIPS of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, UK.

He was responsible in consultation with ZADCO (ADNOC Offshore now) senior management in establishing a highly successful Commercial Forum that was designed to disseminate internal commercial know how and best practices. He worked in enhancing and developing the supply chain management in relation to the procurement on all offshore oil and gas projects. Mohammed achieved an additional experience after being with Legal & Insurance Department for three years. He worked on the implementation of all corporate and project specific issues in relation to ADNOC Group of Companies insurance policies including Small and Major Works, Maritime etc.
