Born in England, Christopher started his career working in a research laboratory, later moving to procurement in 2001. Since then, he has worked in various procurement roles in manufacturing, healthcare, academia and research. During this time he has worked on processes and policies, developed category management programs, and recently co-chaired a transformation project to introduce global best practices to procurement at KAUST.
Christopher is a strong advocate of personal development, having supported a CIPS corporate award program, where 14 KAUST staff gained MCIPS status. Married with two children, Christopher likes the outdoors; enjoying cycling, hiking and climbing.
