Breakout Session 1:
Data harmonization is the foundation for spend control

Most large organisations struggle when it comes to data quality to support procurement decisions. Reports, KPI’s and prognostic simulations should analyse data to give control, advice and confidence regarding strategic decisions, but the information accessible across different systems is not matching. This results in a lack of decision confidence, ability to track strategic achievements and spend control.
Big data may solve this issue but this concept comes with enormous cost and project implementation cycles.
The speaker will demonstrate how the unique intellectual property of SynerTrade can create a harmonised supplier base and full spend control over dozens of systems within a 6-month time frame.

  • Gain back control over your global supplier base, your global spend and your material group categories
  • A new way to aggregate data across different ERP systems
